TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:- "We" or "Us" means Mancraft Solutions, a Consulting firm with its principal place of business at University Road, Ramanattukara, Calicut -673638.- "You" or "Client" means the individual or organization that engages our services.- "Services" means the HR consulting and manpower hiring services provided by us.- "Candidate" means the individual who is being considered for a job placement.
2. SERVICE CHARGESOur service charges are up to 40% of the first month's salary of the candidate. This fee is payable by the client and is non-negotiable.
3. CONFIDENTIALITYWe will keep the CV/ Contact details of the candidate confidential and will only share it with firms with the consent of the candidate.
4. LIABILITYOur liability is limited to providing interviews for the candidate within three (3) months from the date of registration. If we are unable to arrange any interviews within this period, we will refund the registration charges (if paid) by the client.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTAll payments are final and there is no refund. If we arrange an interview for the candidate and the candidate fails to appear for the interview, the payment made by the client will be non-refundable.
6. DISCLAIMERWe make no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of our services, including the success of job placements or the accuracy of information provided by candidates or clients. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through India. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
